- Update to version 1.5.23
* wxSVGTextElement: added support of text-decoration "underline"
and "line-through"
- Drop pkgconfig(libart-2.0) BuildRequires: The libart backend got
dropped in version 1.2 (2013).
- Add explicit pkgconfig(cairo) and pkgconfig(pangocairo)
BuildRequires: align with what configure checks for.
