  + add --mysql option to get the values from a RackTables database;
    currently tested only with RackTables version 0.20.10
  + place dummy check_maintenance.ini file in /etc/monitoring-plugins

    directory to follow the default place for plugin configs

  + add --ignore option to completely ignore the results of the 
    maintenance check and return OK in any case. Useful if you 
    just need the other data available in your monitoring system
