Nevermind about the last solution mentioned in last changelog, since perl-DBD-mysql doesn't depend on mysql (as it could be used against another host), so let's bring all perl-db bindings and db engines to the Recommends line.

Remove things like "Supplements: packageand(mysql:perl-DBD-mysql)" as this works the other way around (look carefully at http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-packaging/2008-06/msg00041.html), hence I should fight upstream for the inclusion of "Supplements: packageand(bugzilla:perl-DBD-mysql)" in the mysql package. Anyway, I'll not fight for that because there's another solution: replace "Recommends: mysql" by "Recommends: perl-DBD-mysql", which I've already done in this commit.

Since we can't require a dual dependency and, anyway, the DB engine can be set in another machine, let's just recommend mysql and postgresql packages.

rpm doesn't support ''dual dependencies'' (i.e.: mysql || postgresql) so we just warn it on the package description. And we use packageand(foo:bar) format for requiring the packages that provide perl binding to these database engines (Oracle is not free software, so I'll not take care of it).

Reverted not to use <path repository="openSUSE_11.0" project="devel:languages:perl"/> and use <path repository="standard" project="openSUSE:11.0"/> because perl already provides CGI (test it with rpm -ql perl | grep CGI). We use perl(CGI) because it uses "provides metadata", but we cannot use perl(CGI) >= 2.93 :( however perl 5.8.1 already provides a higher version.

After adding <path repository=openSUSE_11.0 project=devel:languages:perl/> to my <repository name=openSUSE_11.0> (using export EDITOR=nano && osc meta prj -e home:knocte:bugzilla), I can add now the perl-CGI dep.
