Add the patch from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66962 Fixes X2Go bug 363 (the bug is already marked as fixed, however we are merely releasing versions of x2goclient win32 with pulseaudio 0.9.6 as the "fix".)

Build according to instructions here: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/PulseAudio/Documentation/Developer/PulseAudioFromGit/ The main change seems to be that it runs autoconf via bootstrap.sh. This probably wasn't necessary for an official release like 4.0 that already has a configure script. Either way, I tested it with x2goclient 4.0.1.2 and it did not resolve x2go bug 363. (The flash player audio stuttering bug. The "fix" is to use pulseaudio 0.9.6 from cendio/thinlinc's website rather than pulseaudio 1.1 or later.)
