Now with a local change to fix the installcheck failure, reverting a change
from Factory.  The origin is still the Factory package (hello bot!)


For jsc#PED-7320 Mesa update in SP6 we need to update LLVM to version 17.

NOTE: this needs

%product_libs_llvm_ver 17

in the macro section of the project config for SP6 to build llvm17 in
away usable for Mesa!
