This is a temporary build staging package of libcdio needed for
bootstrapping of libcdio, libcddb and vcdimager packages. Don't use it
for any other purpose!

This library encapsulates CD-ROM reading and control. Applications
wanting to be oblivious to the OS and device-dependent properties of a
CD-ROM can use this library.
