This neither actually builds the binaries nor install appropriate msi and, despite what note in spec says, the unpacked files seems to be ignored by wine. It ignores both gecko and mono from packages and requires network connection when it decides it needs them which is bad if you need a win-app to restore connectivity for some screwy reason. Something in https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/blob/master/dlls/appwiz.cpl/addons.c might have broke or it was wrong in the first place.
This package uses an unpacked gecko tree, not an MSI.
i tried current wine build, wine-gecko and wine-mono on openSUSE Tumbleweed.
it does not seem to download anything, but opens the browser just fine with winehq.org website.
Cannot find a mono using program right now.
Usually you get a dialog that Wine would download it, do you get that?
