Wayland diagnostic utilities

A collection of wayland utilities, presently just wayland-info.
wayland-info displays information about the protocols supported by a
Wayland compositor, and a subset of Wayland protocols it knows about,
namely Linux DMABUF, presentation time, tablet and XDG output
protocols.
