A Port of Tomboy to C++
It is the same note taking application, including most of the add-ins (more are
to come). Synchronization support is being worked on.

- Update to version 3.20.0:
+ Text menu now uses popover.
+ Updated translations.
- Bump soname following upstream changes.
- Add a define _gnote_version and set it to 3.20, make future
soname bumps easier to deal with.

- Drop pkgconfig(x11) BuildRequires: no longer supported.
- Drop --with-x11-support and --with-cxx11-support configure
parameters: no longer recognized.
