sync with Factory to simplify backports - own /usr/share/licenses to support %license tags in rpm, see http://rpm.org/wiki/Releases/4.11.0 - Add /usr/lib/udev/rules.d: packages installing rules don't really have to build depend on udev, it only increases their build time. - Add some systemd directories so that uuidd does not have to own them and still succeeds building in a systemd-less root. - Add /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d, which can well be considered a base system directory by now. - add /usr/share/appdata (bnc#893441) - make /run/lock %ghost to fix build failure
