- Improved several AT response parsers (+CREG, +CGDCONT,
+CPMS...).
- Explicitly disconnect bearer before removing it.
+ 3GPP: allow LAC/CID updates while registering.
+ QMI:
- Don't assume LAC/CID updates are always given in system
indications.
