We need this package updated for the python-celery stack to work on Leap.
Which in turns enables us the message queuing.
Added benefit is that the update version has tests enabled so we can see if it really works on sle, does not break api.
- version update to 1.3.0
* Added the option to ignore the result of a function and simply
call the callback without arguments.
* Added Python 3.7 support.
* Handle bound methods in weak reference promise instances.
* Documentation fixes, CI adjustments and cleanups.
