GNOME Keyring Password Manager

Edit Package libsecret

GNOME Keyring Manager is a program that keeps passwords and other
secrets for users. It is run as a daemon in the session, similar to
ssh-agent, and other applications can locate it by an environment
variable.

- Enable  FIPS patch on leap (jsc#SLE-11882).

- Update to version 0.20.3:
  + secret-file-backend: Fix use-after-free in flatpak.
  + docs: Add man subdir only if manpage is enabled.

- Update to version 0.20.2:
  + secret-file-collection: force little-endian in GVariant.
  + Prefer g_info() over g_message().
  + meson: Don't specify shared_library().
  + docs: Make sure to set install: true.
- Rename sub-package libsecret-tools to secret-tool: Align with the
  actual binary provided and remove a rpmlint warning. Add Provides
  and Obsoletes to ease upgrades for our end-users.
- Drop Group tag from spec.
