Update package poppler from 0.79.0 to 22.01.0 (jsc#SLE-19540)

I hope request 977238 with Poppler 22.05.0 could be accepted in openSUSE Leap 15.4. The fixed bug https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/-/issues/362#note_1372861 is so annoying and with this bug Okular was almost unusable with annotation in non-ASCII symbols (e.g. with unicode)!
