a fork of Python 2 and 3 ast modules with type comment support

Edit Package python-typed-ast

typed_ast is a Python 3 package that provides a Python 2.7 and Python 3
parser similar to the standard ast library. Unlike ast, the parsers in
typed_ast include PEP 484 type comments and are independent of the version of
Python under which they are run. The typed_ast parsers produce the standard
Python AST (plus type comments), and are both fast and correct, as they are
based on the CPython 2.7 and 3.6 parsers.

This sounds like a really useful package! Having a unified parser that supports both Python 2.7 and Python 3 while also handling PEP 484 type comments is definitely a big help, especially for projects that need to maintain compatibility across different Python versions. It's great that the typed_ast module geometry dash free is based on the CPython parsers, which should ensure it's both reliable and fast. I can see this being incredibly beneficial for people working on legacy codebases or transitioning from Python 2 to Python 3. Definitely a tool worth checking out!
