there is 1.1.9 which fixes the KDE issue https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-wayland/issues/40

The issue talks about a regression in 1.1.8 since 1.1.7, but we're still on 1.1.7. And I don't see a fix for this in 1.1.9. I don't think it's a good idea to update to 1.1.9 now.
%{_datadir}/wayland-eglstream/ It should be located in the devel package.
Why?
They are not needed in production environments, and likewise the nvidia driver's .run installation file does not contain them.
Ok. Moved now to -devel package.
