With okular we cannot digital sign. According to this report https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=469705

we need gpg 2.4.1 or later

systemd-user/gpg-agent.service in gpg2-systemd-user.tar.xz defines

ExecStart=/usr/bin/gpg-agent --supervised

--supervised is deprecated according to https://dev.gnupg.org/T6336
