Generate installable tarball
Use `kiwi-ng` to produce a `*.tar.xz` file (which can be renamed to `*.wsl`) for install with `wsl.exe` >=v2.4.4
Note: `/etc/wsl-distribution.conf: defaultName=` is used when installing via double-click of a `*.wsl` file
