- Update to neko 2.1.0. * Remove patches already applied in 2.1.0. * Add upstream patches that fix a CMake variable typo (patch 0), fix install paths (patches 1-3), fix CMake target_include_directories shim (patch 4), use -mincoming-stack-boundary when it is available (patch 5), add missing reference to *_INCLUDEDIR in CMake (patch 6), and make sure CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR is relative (patch 7).
