Tk extension that can be used to automate applications for software testing, or application embedding.

TkXext is a Tcl/Tk extension that provides the ability to:

- find desktop windows via a titlename

- embed desktop windows into Tk frames or toplevels

- record events and play them back

- send strings to windows

- resize embedded windows or other windows for which you have an id
