ChessX is a chess database. With ChessX, you can browse, edit and
analyze a collection of chess games.

Improve chessx-Qt5-HiDPI-scaling-policy.patch: Check for at least Qt version 5.14.0 before calling setHighDpiScaleFactorRoundingPolicy(); fixes build failures on 15.3 where Qt is only at version 5.12.x.
