Discord Canary is an all-in-one voice and text chat for gamers that's free (beer), secure, and works on both your desktop and phone. The canary build is the Discord Inc. alpha test build.
Discord NPE is the non-patent encumber version - using electron's pre-built ffmpeg lib.

Got this error when launching from the command line: discord-canary: symbol lookup error: discord-canary: undefined symbol: av_stream_get_first_dts
ffmpeg needs an update. Feel free to PR, else I'll get to it on the weekend. Cheers
Why such an old version of Electron for ffmpeg?
idky electron has specific builds of ffmpeg, they just do. See https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/
