openSUSE:Factory has devel:libraries:c_c++/gflags as devel project, which differs from this one.
The one in devel:libraries:c_c++ has a packaging bug, the CMake config is broken.
Not a reason to maintain two different packages.
So, guess why I submitted an update for the one in devel:libraries:c_c++ ...
