- Update to version 0.0.0+git.20190223: * Update TSDRPlugin_UHD to use the new thread.hpp headers from Ettus <uhd/utils/thread.hpp>. Update TSDRPlugin_UHD to remove use of deprecated declaration RECV_MODE_ONE_PACKET (that has value 1), and use boolean value (that has value true) instead. * Update makefile to include TSDRPlugin_UHD for WINDOWS build * Update README.md
