Custom Clang/LLVM kernel for Intel Goldmont sub architecture. Builds with performance patches from the Clear Linux kernel project.

Adds some experimental kernel patches from cachy-os.

Force-enables hibernation in lockdown mode and includes some extra hardening + security-related Kconfig options.
