Mesa with Hardware VA-API Decoding (H.264/HEVC) for Leap 16.0

This repository is a branch of the official `games:tools:steam` project for openSUSE Leap 16.0.
It contains a modified `Mesa` package with proprietary hardware video codecs enabled (`-Dvideo-codecs=all`). Its purpose is to restore hardware graphic acceleration (VA-API) for formats like H.264 and HEVC on AMD and Intel graphics cards, a feature disabled in the official openSUSE repositories due to patent restrictions.
To install it on your system, add the repository and force the vendor change:
sudo zypper dup --from [repo-name] --allow-vendor-change
