Patched X server for reacting on key release actions

Edit Package xorg-x11-server

This is a port of X11 server patch from AUR package which fixes freedesktop bug #865 (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xorg-server-bug865/). X11 package built from the sources which were obtained in the Tumbleweed repo (https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:XOrg/xorg-x11-server).

**IMPORTANT:** Maintainer is wanted. I do not use OpenSUSE anymore. If you need the patched X11 Server but you don't want to be a maintainer, please let me know anyway. Possibly I'd be able to update the package to most recent version with the patch. But it's not guaranteed.
