asterisk-chan-dongle
Note: I'm no longer using chan-dongle, and therefore didn't try to keep it working when upgrading asterisk.
This version works with asterisk 13, and the package may be up-gradable with upstream source for later versions.
If you need asterisk 13: Branch this package, as well as a revision of the asterisk package before the update to 16.x
If you want it with newer asterisks: Branch this package, and update as needed.

Update to latest upstream

Hello Bernd! Will it be working with Asterisk 15.5.0?
The package is definitely not binary compatible to Asterisk 15.x. I don't know if the source is still compatible - usually there are big enough API changes between Asterisk versions requiring source code adjustments in the modules.
Upstream (see the github URL in the spec file) doesn't have a branch for Asterisk 15.x - you could try to compile it against a 15.x version, but if it doesn't work you're on your own.
I'll only update the package to a newer asterisk version once the next LTS release is out.
Thank you Bernd! I've tried to build it with 15.5.0 already, it didn't compile, you are absolutely right. Could you please then upgrade it to the latest commits at https://github.com/oleg-krv/asterisk-chan-dongle/commits/asterisk13 ?
I've now updated chan-dongle, though not yet tested it myself on my asterisk server.
Thanks a lot Bernd! I'll try it and post the results.
Hi Bernd! I've tried it and it seems to be working fine. Thanks again!
