chipStar is a tool for compiling and running HIP/CUDA on SPIR-V via OpenCL or Level Zero APIs.

- The binaries are compiled on AlmaLinux 10 (glibc-2.39)
- Without involving package manager, one can just untar the archieve to /opt
- Intel OneAPI is optional only if BLAS etc. is required.
