Audio Fingerprinting Library
Chromaprint is the core component of the Acoustid project. It's a client-side
library that implements a custom algorithm for extracting fingerprints from any
audio source.

- Drop unused libtag-devel BuildRequires. - Use cmake_build macro. - Drop fftw3-devel BuildRequires and Requires, pass DFFT_LIB=avfft to cmake, use the already present ffmpeg lib. - Use ldconfig_scriptlets for post(un) handling. - Drop 8ccad69.patch and 82781d02.patch, and add back pkgconfig(libavresample) BuildRequires.
