Pytest's monkeypatch Subclass with Extra Functionalities
The ``monkeyplus`` plugin is a funcarg that subclasses ``monkeypatch``
and adds a few extra features to it.
Extra features
--------------
``monkeyplus`` has three extra methods: ``patch_osstat``, ``patch_today``
and ``patch_time_ticking``.
