You can download a local build of the packages all in one file here: https://www.elstel.info/uploads/mesa-amber-21.3-MageiaCauldron-i586.tar https://www.elstel.info/uploads/mesa-amber-21.3-1-MageiaCauldron-x86_64.tar whyever it fails to build here at the obs at the moment, the binaries should be the same, x64 is of revision 144, i586 just has a different release tag and shipping commands in the spec-file, but that does not matter if you just wanna test the software in these packages.
