RPM installer/updater, version for 10.1/SLE10
This package is based on the package 'yum' from project 'home:poeml'.
A clone of the yum package of 10.1, with some features added:
- activate plugins by default
- missing plugin directories added
- "changelog" plugin installed, showing changelog before running the
transaction
