hi. chkconfig is not available in openSUSE
Well it seems to build fine here
ahhh. here zypper return this message (in Tumbleweed): Problem: nothing provides /sbin/chkconfig, which requires the davmail-6.0.1-2.1.noarch element to be installed
i seems. building without chkconfig is possible, but installing without chkconfig not. chkconfig semms to be removed in opensuse tumbleweed. i was part of aaa_base (e.g. SLE 15 SP3) but cannot found on my current tumbleweed system.
using chkconfig looks to me it deprecated, systemctl can be used since SLE12/ and OpenSUSE Leap.

Could you please enable Leap 15.4?
The RPM package for OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (davmail-6.1.0-3.4.noarch.rpm) specifies a requirement for
/sbin/chkconfig. This causes a warning by zypper and the installation has to be performed with option "break davmail-6.1.0-3.4.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies". As far as I can see the preinstall and postinstall scriptlets do not usechkconfiganyway.Should be fixed in 6.2.1
15.5 added, spec file would deserve a full review
checkconfig is obolete, removing dependency should not impact anyone
