Common Information Model to Python Binding

PowerCIM provides binding from CIM to Python. CIM objects such as classes, methods, properties, etc are mapped directly to Python constructs so it is possible to work with them as with ordinary Python objects.
It should make development of CIM clients very easy and fast.
