This package will trigger yast2-firstboot to require the end-user to accept the EULA
The EULA Enable utility is used to configure YaST firstboot to display the Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise End User License Agreement on first boot.
The end user is given the option to either accept the agreement and proceed with the system boot or decline the agreement and halt the system.
