python-vine
vine promise library from the celery project used by kombu. Uses an older version than what is in Fedora 26+ (https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/python-vine)
This package should always stay below 1.1.3-1 to ensure an easy upgrade path should it ever make it's way into EPEL.
