- Update to version 2.82
* now using fstat64-syscall on Linux32
* avoid using "brk"-syscall due a conflict with Address Space
Layout Randomization (ASLR) in Linux: neeed if
/proc/sys/kernel/randomize_va_space is >= 2
- Small spec file cleanup:
* Use url for source
* Use correct rpm group
- Enable s390x in list of architectures
- Remove reference to nonexisting e3c stuff
- ExclusiveArch %ix86 x86_64
- Fix build for ppc, add ppc ppc64 to arch declerations
- Fix build issues on ARM, add %arm to arch declerations
- Remove redundant/obsolete tags/sections from specfile
(cf. packaging guidelines)
- Use %_smp_mflags for parallel build
- Update to version 2.8 which is mainly a major cleanup and contains several
encoding fixes
- removed deprecated COMPRESS make environment variable
- added make variable EXMODE=SED since this was the default and got removed
from the Makefile
- Update to version 2.7.1 which contains a lot of bugfixes compared to the
previous version of the SUSE package
