- Update to version 1.4.0
* Add support to map file extension to the installed executable
(%_mingw64_installer_build -f option)
* Add support to run cmake with expanded trace mode enabled
(%_mingw64_installer_build -d option)
* In the documentation of the macro %_mingw64_installer_build
the option list is now sorted alphabetically
* Add FileAssociation.nsh from https://nsis.sourceforge.io
- Make adding debug info from %_mingw64_prefix/symbols optional
as newer debug package support does not use this directory
- Add auto shutdown support for KF5
