OpenGL Extension Wrangler Library
This package is based on the package 'glew' from project 'openSUSE:Factory'.
The OpenGL Extension Wrangler Library (GLEW) is a cross-platform
open-source C/C++ extension loading library. GLEW provides efficient
run-time mechanisms for determining which OpenGL extensions are
supported on the target platform. OpenGL core and extension
functionality is exposed in a single header file.

Build with EGL support now that wxWidgets does so (since version 3.1.5), otherwise wxWidgets 3.1.x widgets that make use of glew crash (see for example, boo#1188519); add BuildRequires: pkgconfig(egl) as well as the same Requires for devel package.
