Edit Package mingw32-icecast

This is MinGW Windows packaging of most recent Icecast. They have been packaged by the Icecast maintainer. Icecast bugs should be reported to http://trac.xiph.org or the icecast@xiph.org mailing list. Packaging bugs should be reported directly to the maintainer.
Icecast is a versatile multimedia streaming server which can create (for instance) a private jukebox or "Internet radio station". It supports Ogg streaming using the Opus, Vorbis, Speex and Theora codecs, WebM streaming, as well as other legacy formats such as MP3, AAC, or NSV, and is compatible with most media players.
