RNA Secondary Structure Prediction and Comparison

The Vienna RNA Package consists of a C code library and several stand-alone programs for the prediction and comparison of RNA secondary structures.
With the new release of version 2, we introduce the most recent nearest neighbor energy model for all free energy calculations.
