Hi is there any chance of distributing the nouveau vulkan icds?

Only if we are able to build the nvk-experimental driver. As long as rust is not really usable within the buildservice (who ever thought downloading of rust "crates" from the internet is a sane idea for a production environment...) the driver cannot be provided.
