A small tool to manipulate IPv6 addresses
IPv6 addresses are long and can be prone to mistakes. ipv6calc is a small utility, written in C, to manipulate IPv6 addresses.
It converts a given IPv6 address - into compressed format,
- into the same format like shown in /proc/net/if_inet6, and
- into an ip6.int PTR value (the reverse-mapping namespace).
- and others, and vice versa.
