Identify bulk email

Edit Package dcc
https://www.dcc-servers.net/dcc/

The DCC or Distributed Checksum Clearinghouse is a system of thousands of clients and many servers collecting and counting checksums related to millions of email messages per day. The counts can be used by SMTP servers and SpamAssassin to filter unsolicited bulk email. DCC is free to organizations that participate in the global DCC network.
