Zero-CD Disabler for USB Option WWAN modem (deprecated by ozerocdoff since 11.1)
The new USB Option WWAN modem device support a CDROM device, which
holds the needed Windows driver to use the WWAN modem. This device
is called Zero-CD. It needs to be turned off before the WWAN modem
can be used.
