gcc7

Edit Package gcc7

Needed because Factory's gcc7 causes undefined reference linker errors when linking to libs built with standard gcc since the last update (April 2025).
Can be removed if it happens to get fixed, or if kdelibs4/kdebase4-runtime can be built with the latest gcc again.

Leap 16.0 doesn't have gcc-7 at all though.
