Qt 5 WebView Library

Qt WebView provides a way to display web content in a QML application
without necessarily including a full web browser stack by using
native APIs where it makes sense.
Seems to be missing in Leap 16.0. (This is not a link to KDE:Qt:5.15, as the Qt5 version in Leap 16.0 is older, should be replaced by a link if I decide to build the latest Qt5 too)
