Hi.

I can't start the GUI (mediainfo-gui) on Tumbleweed:

mediainfo-gui: error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk2u_webview-suse.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Nothing seems to provide libwx_gtk2u_webview-suse.so.3.

That particular library was dropped from wxWidgets some 3 months ago. Check that you're using an aligned mirror repository, otherwise open a ticket on bugzilla.
