- Fix configure checks when compiling with LTO. Due to the broken checks, linking fails. + Add fix_configure_checks_with_LTO.patch - Some spec file cleanup (license macro).

Is anyone taking care of this package? A user has just pointed out to me it has been unusable since the automatic systemd hardening (for 6 months)
